How To Enable Fingerprint Lock In WhatsApp

I hope you all are doing well. Recently WhatsApp is rolling out the fingerprint lock option for extra security on Android Phones. From this latest update, the users on Android devices can now use fingerprint unlock for locking the app. The inbuilt WhatsApp app lock is more secure than another third-party app lock. So, firstly, I request all of you to update to the latest version of WhatsApp that is "2.19.308" from the Play Store. After that, follow the below steps to enable fingerprint lock in WhatsApp.

1) Firstly open "WhatsApp" on your device:-

2) Click on "Three Dots" on the top right corner of the screen:-

3) Then click on "Settings" option:-

4) Then select "Account" from settings:-

5) Then select "Privacy" option:-

6) Now, scroll down you will find "Fingerprint Lock" option, now click on it:-

7) Now Enable the "Unlock with fingerprint" option:-

8) After you unable to this option, it asks for your fingerprint. Select your "fingerprint". After that You will see the interface of lock screen like this:-
